GRACIEMAG recently took a trip out to Chicago to visit Gracie Magazine Association (GMA) members Hannette Staack and Andre Negao of Brazil 021. With Andre’s help, Hannette showed three techniques – a leg drag, a leg-drag counter and the x-pass. Check out the positions in this video and try them out the next time you’re on the mats.

The Gracie Magazine Association continues growing and making history. From Alaska to Mexico, Sweden to Morocco, Abu Dhabi to Israel, the commonly known GMA gathers the best academies from around the planet to divulge their achievements to the Jiu-Jitsu community.
