GMA member Aparecido Bill travelled to Florida recently to teach a seminar.

The leader of Gracie Barra Rohnert Park was welcomed by fellow GMA Roberto Cuartero, leader of GB South Jacksonville.

Cuartero is a former student of Bill’s.

After the class, Bill promoted Roberto to the black belt rank.

May was a great month at Gracie Barra South Jax, as professor Roberto Cuartero tells us.

Prof. Babalu Sobral and Prof. Fabio Costa visited and shared some great techniques.

Their love for Jiu-Jitsu showed as they demonstrated key drills and shared experiences with the students.

Also, the next week GB South Jax competed against more than 20 teams in the BJJ Grand Prix.

With only 9 students competing, the team won the Team Gi 3rd place trophy with 4 gold medals 1 silver and 2 bronze!
