Leo Frincu has a laundry list of accomplishments worth mentioning that can be accounted for in places all over the world. A world-wide known wrestling champion having won the 1994 World Championship, he battled Communism in Romania before ever taking on any arranged opponents.

Today he is a personal trainer and life coach who works with clients like Romulo Barral, UFC’s Ronda Rousey and Gracie Barra Manhattan Beach’s Rodrigo Freitas.

On August 14 from 7 – 8:30 p.m., Leo will host a class at GMA Gracie Barra Manhattan Beach to teach conditioning and his High Performance Mentality  philosophy. For students, there is no cost but non-members are to pay $40.
