Looking for an exciting and fun way to “boost” your mind and physique? Well, we use LYON BJJ Jiu-Jitsu. The title in French means “Happy Birthday to Francois Deniau”.

Today, October 29th, the leader of GMA school BJJ Lyon, in France, completes another year of his life.

And to celebrate, Deniau will welcome on October 31st and November 1st his master Wellington “Megaton” Dias.

The leader of Team MEgaton, also a GMA, will be in France for two days of seminars.

After Megaton, it will be David “Rock” Jacobs’ turn to teach a class at BJJ Lyon, on November 7th.

Wellignton “Megaton” Dias paid a visit to François Deniau’s BJJ Lyon.

Mega taught a Gi seminar with some of his trademark techniques.

After the work, Deniau, Megaton and some other friends took the opportunity to travel.

They went to Italy.

For instance, GMA member school, BJJ Lyon, headed by black belt Francois Deniau, won big at the CFJJB Cailure 2010 Open, on June 20th.

Deniau’s pupils brought home three gold medals, three silver medals and two bronze medals.

It the lightweight white belt division, the team occupied all the spots of the podium.
