After winning the middleweight and closing out the absolute with his teammate Gabriel Kitober, the beast Vitor Oliveira (GFTeam) explained the secret for a successful choke from the back – technique that disqualified his main opponents at the Houston Open Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2015, held last weekend in Texas.
“The detail is always setting up the grips, so that when you start squeezing it does not loose neither the pressure nor the position. Only a tight black belt submits”, taught Vitor.
