The Ultimate Fighting Championship treated fans to an open training session at Viaduto do Chá in São Paulo on Wednesday. The public workouts are just a taster of what the crowd can expect at UFC on FX 7 on Jan. 19 at Ibirapuera Gymnasium. All the athletes on the card attended the event, but the highlight of the day was Michael Bisping, who rehearsed some ground-fighting positions with his team.

Sporting a shiner under his eye left over from a prior training session on Brazilian soil, the Englishman worked mostly on his feet but didn’t keep anything under wraps. He went over some Jiu-Jitsu passes and showed he won’t be giving anything up in the grappling department against the Carlson Gracie black belt, Belfort.

Check out the following gallery of photos from the open training session.
