The folks at Atos forge ahead at frenetic pace in training for the Jiu-Jitsu Pan-American competition. On GRACIEMAG.com’s visit to San Diego, we took the chance to learn some techniques from some of the black belts on the team.
Alongside André Galvão, Jonatas Tagarela doesn’t keep his game under wraps. The fighter demonstrates for GRACIEMAG.com readers a new variation on a traditional choke from half-guard, a move likely to give opponents at the Pan a hard time.

Nice choke, but I learned this years ago from a Relson Gracie black belt named Vince Panzano.
