Good one, Daniel. Which are the more traditional JJ schools in South Korea? Which was the first? You wouldn’t know of any Jiu-Jitsu going on in North Korea, would you? That would make for a great story.

There are many schools that have been open for a long time. I have been training here, with Professor Lee Hee Sung for almost eight years, and the attendance at schools and at tournaments continues to grow. Do some research and check it out yourself. If we were free to travel around North Korea it would be interesting if there was an interest in Jiu Jitsu. I do believe they have other, more important concerns(food and survival), for the time being. Come to Korea and start training!!
