Dear Loyal GRACIEMAG Readers,
For the last 12 years, I have had the honor to share my training philosophy with you in GRACIEMAG. If you have been a reader of GRACIEMAG, then you should be familiar with my system and column Training For Warriors. The TFW program was born by training Jiu-Jitsu athletes such as Renzo, Roger, Rolles and Kyra Gracie as well as Ricardo Almeida, Braulio Estima, and Romulo Barral. Over the years of training the best athletes in combat sports, however, I realized the results I produced were available for anyone.
If you have read my work, you have hopefully come to the realization that TFW is different than traditional fitness programs. While most programs seem to be created for losing some quick weight or the promise of bigger arms, TFW instead was created as a lifestyle guide for people looking to find their way both in and out of the dojo. This system is a combination of fitness and philosophy designed around the tagline, “Bring Out The Warrior Within.”
Over the last two years, I have received emails from all over the world asking if there was a way to do my TFW Training Course online. Back in September last year, I started building an online version so I could reach people unable to attend a live event, share my training philosophy and impact more lives.
In exciting news, after 11 months of development and refinement, I have finally finished the program. As you know, everything I do is of the highest quality and this program would not be made available unless it met my standards. I poured all of my energy into this and I am excited to share it with you and the GRACIEMAG network.
