The Gracie Barra
school of San Clemente, GMA member in California, will have its Grand
Opening party on November 2nd , 2008. The school opened its doors in
February 5th and already has hundreds of members from all over South
Orange County. Under the instruction of Professor Flavio Almeida, more
and more people from the community are making BJJ their hobby and
embrace the healthier lifestyle that comes with it.
The solid
and already numerous GB San Clemente team is built by kids, teens, and
adults from all ages and gender. The diverse group of students is
complemented by lots of Marines that come from Camp Pendleton and get
excited about the Gracie Barra BJJ program.
The
Grand Opening Party will be a very special event. More then 20 Gracie
Barra black belts from all over California will be driving to SC to
participate on a seminar in which they will be teaching their favorite
techniques. Among the team of instructors will be big names like Master
Carlos Gracie Jr, Bruno Paulista, Marcio Feitosa, Nelson Monteiro, and
others.
After the event, Gracie Barra San Clemente will host a
barbecue for all participants. Professor Flavio Almeida will be
completing 9 years as a black belt and will be awarded with his 3rd
degree under Master Carlos Gracie Jr.If you know anyone in the area let
them know. Grand Opening Atendees may get one month of free lessons.
