Luis Palhares is a Rickson Gracie 6th degree black belt that teaches top Jiu-Jitsu in Jacksonville, Florida. He is now organizing his first JJ competition in that state. It is the Jacksonville Open, scheduled April 12th. The championship is open for men and women of all ages from white to black belt, Gi and No Gi.
