The students of Braulio Estima BJJ has a special reason to go down to the gym on Saturday, February, 1st. The head instructor just announced that Gracie Barra America instructor Flavio 'Cachorrinho' Almeida will give a seminar in Birmingham. The class begins at four in the afternoon
