Grand Master Helio Gracie always said that Jiu-Jitsu's ultimate purpose was not for the strong, but to help the weak and fragil on getting more confidence. With that in mind, the Self Defense part of the gentle art is as important as the competition bit. Black belt Andre Fernandes, of GB Fullerton, in California, offered a Rape Safe Class for women last Sunday.
