Bruno Tostes, Kevin Hall and Gary Govel of the Renzo Gracie Latham, NY Academy, and Bob Dashnow of Spa City BJJ, IN Saratoga Springs, NY recently provided a demonstration of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu self-defense/defensive tactics at the New York State Probation Officers Association Annual Conference held in Albany, NY.
Effective self-defense skills are of critical importance to those who work with criminal offenders in the community, such as the Probation Officers who attended the presentation by the GMA's. Although time only permitted a demonstration, attendees were exposed to a series of great techniques that left them wanting more.
