The 2008 World Championship begins on May 26th for Gracie Barra. The team will gather in their new GB America headquarters, in Irvine, California, to prepare for the championship. Athletes from branches all over the world are welcome. Masters Carlos Gracie Jr, Marcio Feitosa and many others are scheduled to teach classes. Top competitors such as Roger Gracie, Romulo Barral, Flavio Almeida, Celso Venicius and others will probably be there. Last year, GB’s training Camp registered over 30 black belts on the mats at some point.
Besides top training, this year’s camp will reserve a very special moment for GB members. On June 3rd, the school will have its first red and black belt member.
