The US Pro Nationals is right around the corner!
The World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship is set to take place Apr. 17-19, 2015, in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
American citizens will have a chance to stamp their passports to one of the biggest Jiu-Jitsu events in the planet and win a travel packages with all expenses paid to compete at next year’s WPJJC.
The US Pro Jiu-Jitsu Nationals will qualify athletes from blue to black belt to compete at the 2015 WPJJC.
The event is scheduled next January 11, in Santa Barbara, California.
The registration deadline is Jan. 6.
Only US Passport holders can register.
The place chosen to host this qualifying event is nothing less than one of the most beautiful landmarks of Californian territory.
The gorgeous city of Santa Barbara is located only 90 miles north of the grater Los Angeles area, and it’s truly a post card.
The great news is that the UAEJJF has redesigned the requirements for obtaining the benefits associated to the prize.
Now, winners of every brown/black belt weight division will receive the travel package, as opposed to absolute division winners only, as on previews trial events.
The US Pro Nationals will also qualify athletes from the Masters division.
For the fist time, the UAEJJF will be offering the grand prize to competitors 35 years of age and over.
All Absolute Master winners will have the chance to travel to Abu Dhabi next year with all expenses paid.
Competitors holding the rank of blue and purple belt ranks have nothing to worry about.
Absolute division champions will also get the travel package to compete in Abu Dhabi.
In total will be offered over $ 160,000 in prizes an amount that surpasses the prize money offered in recent years.
