Anderson Silva teaches how to use distance and the clinch, and talks of how BJJ can save the day

Former UFC champ Anderson “the Spider” Silva is deemed by many as the greatest MMA fighter in history. The legend gave a seminar at Atos Jiu-Jitsu, in San Diego, where he passed on a bit of his knowledge in several areas. The Spider taught how to use the Muay Thai clinch and how to work distance in your favor. In case that doesn’t work, Anderson has an out: “If nothing works standing, only Jiu-Jitsu can save you.” Watch this video and learn from the one considered by many as the best fighter in the UFC history.
