BJJ World Masters 2016: Rafael Lovato Jr. teaches how to sweep starting from half-guard

A black belt under Xande and Saulo Ribeiro, super-heavyweight Rafael Lovato Jr. is confirmed for the BJJ World Masters 2016, set to take place Aug. 25 through 27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center Halls, in Nevada. Lovato was the second non-Brazilian (the first was BJ Penn in 2000) to have won a world title at the black belt. To celebrate the participation of Lovato in the World Masters, remember one of his favorite techniques, which he showed exclusively f or GRACIEMAG: the sweep dubbed “joga fora no lixo” (‘throw away the trash’).
