Rafael Mendes is the first black belt world champion registered for the 2016 Worlds

Five times featherweight world champion Rafael Mendes is the first black belt gold medalist on the list of athletes for the 2016 Worlds.

Rafael is already in full camp to go after his sixth title in the division.

So far, he has the company of Gianni Grippo and Victor de Matos.
