Master Rorion Gracie is in Rio de Janeiro for the launch of his book on the Gracie Diet, “A Dieta Gracie—o segredo dos campeões” (or “The Gracie Diet Book”, in its English-language version), following the success if its release in the United States.
The publication is a compilation of tips, like how to lose weight by eating bananas or make your breakfast more energy efficient, recipes for pre-training snacks, and much more.
“A lot of diets come and go; they’re just fads. The Gracie Diet has proven results dating back 65 years, like no other. And the best part is, the recipes are really tasty,” says Rorion, Helio Gracie’s eldest son.
“The truth is, we shouldn’t even call it a diet, since no foods are off limits. The bottom line is, it’s a set of techniques for restructuring the way you eat for your whole life,” says the founder of the UFC in summary.
For anyone in Rio de Janeiro today, August 23, drop by Saraiva bookstore at Rio Sul shopping mall at 7 pm to take part in the book signing.
