Part of GFTeam headed up to the Denver, Colorado, for a week of high-altitude training prior to the 2012 Jiu-Jitsu World Championship.
Besides the athletes form the Brazilian outfit, their host, Jiu-Jitsu professor Amal Easton, is pleased with what he’s seen.
“We at the academy had a great experience; it was fun and educational for all the participants. Our academy will never again be the same after the crew from GFTeam came here. The technique those guys have is the real deal,” said the American black belt in praise.
“We had days where there were ten black belts on the mat, not to mention the browns, purples and blues. It reminds me of my days at Gracie Barra in 1995,” he said enthusiastically.
