This Saturday GRACIEMAG.com posted a move performed by Helder “Bob Esponja”, where he executes an armbar to kneebar (rewatch here).

Our GMA at Carlson Gracie Team in Las Vegas Ricardo Cavalcanti sent us in another move resulting in a kneebar.

    NO CHANCES THE GUY COME TO THE MOUNT BECAUSE THE HOOK IS INSIDE HE WILL BE AT X-GUARD , THE POSITION IS VERY GOOD DON’T WORRY.
