Check out one of UFC featherweight champion José Aldo Junior’s muay thai sparring sessions with K-1 idol Andy Souwer, a two-time champion of the world’s biggest standup-fighting event.

    Great!!! Holland and Thailand are the mecca for standup fighting and Souwer is as accomplished as they come. This will help Aldo and his striking a lot in his upcoming fight..

    I have trained in the past with Muay Thai champ Cosmo Alexandre( Brazilian and International Champion) who had a fight a week or so ago against Giorgio Petrosyan… It was a very good fight.
