There’s a headbanger in Jiu-Jitsu

Zoltán Báthory without his guitar, and in his gi. Photo: Luca Atalla.

Don’t let the name of his band, Five Finger Death Punch, or the sound of the music he composes fool you. What Hungarian living in Los Angeles Zoltán Báthory really likes is the gentle art – of course, protecting his fingers to not get in the way of his rehearsals and shows.

And the guitarist also has good taste in reading material, as proved in the photo taken at Renzo Gracie academy.

Check out one of the band’s most popular clips, loaded with MMA scenes.

They have a song called “The Bleeding” that I like to listen to before training or tournaments. Great song.
